Refund & Cancellation Policy

Consulting fees are fully refundable within 7 days of payment provided no services have yet been rendered. Scheduled sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund. After services have commenced, fees are non‑refundable.

Dispute Resolution

Please notify us of any service concerns within 14 days of delivery. We commit to investigate and propose a fair resolution within 5 business days.

Promotions

Promotional offers are limited to new clients, cannot be combined, and may be withdrawn without notice.

Security & Payment Information

All online payments are processed securely via Stripe over encrypted HTTPS connections. VON HILEMAN LLC is PCI‑DSS compliant and never stores complete card details on our servers.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. We collect only the personal data necessary to deliver and improve our services – typically contact details, project requirements, and payment information. Data are stored on secure, access‑controlled systems located in the United States. We never sell or rent your personal information.

• Use of data: to communicate with you, deliver consulting services, issue invoices, and comply with legal obligations.
• Sharing: limited to trusted sub‑processors (e.g. Stripe for payments) under data‑protection agreements.
• Retention: we retain client records for 7 years or longer where required by law.
• Your rights: you may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing us.

Terms of Service

By engaging VON HILEMAN LLC you agree to the terms below:

1. Scope – Services, deliverables, timelines, and fees will be defined in individual statements of work.
2. Payment – Invoices are due upon receipt and payable in USD unless otherwise stated. Late payments may incur 1.5% interest per month.
3. Confidentiality – Both parties will protect each other’s confidential information for 5 years after disclosure.
4. Intellectual property – Work product created specifically for the client becomes the client’s property upon full payment.
5. Limitation of liability – Our aggregate liability will not exceed the total fees paid for the particular engagement.
6. Governing law – These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
7. Engagement terms - All consulting work is subject to a written agreement between the client and VON HILEMAN LLC. The agreement defines the scope of work, fees, confidentiality obligations, intellectual property terms, and dispute resolution procedures.
